Your Share Realty Agent will provide a "Current Market Analysis Report" indicating recent area home sales. You and your agent will use this information to determine the best home sales price. Your Agent will also conduct a walk-thru in and around your home to suggest ways to improve marketability. This will include areas to neutralize or de-clutter, maintenance items to address, and furniture to re-arrange.
Marketing
We will take great care in entering your home into the Realtor database (MLS). This will include taking multiple high quality digital photos of your home, measuring all rooms, and conferring with you about listing all upgrades and unique features of your home. This information will not only be available to all Realtors and their clients, but will populate multiple real estate websites including other prominent Richmond Virginia real estate companies!
  • All of Share Realty's listings get upgraded "Showcase Home" placement on Realtor.com, the number one consumer choice for finding their next home.
  • A front yard for-sale sign and lead-in directional signs will be installed and maintained throughout the term of the listing.
  • Printed color brochures of the home will be provided for every showing.

  • A Richmond Va Association of Realtors Lock Box will be provided and installed for the duration of the listing.
